So when it is time for the weigh in you can see if you are as ripped as them?i been training since Floyd started camp

I also cut weight so i should be 154 by May 4th....Just 60 pounds to go

I have before, yes. It is a great way to keep motivated.
Setting a goal of weight loss or gain or a certain look by the fight date. It's something I've used a lot with people in my line of work.

naw im serious.just a good thing to do to get in shape and see how much you actually lost in that time period
