    Absolutely.

A lot kids and even grown men who weren't build for fighting find it really motivating and find enjoyment to open up a similar kind of training camp, per se. And write out some goals that they'd like to reach in that time period.

Fighter's as athletes are probably the most inspiring out there to help you get into shape IMO.

Anyone else notice how much weight Cottos fat friend lost when they showed him on this last 24/7?

My ego depends on his fat ass being fat to make me feel better about myself when I eat ice cream. That fat **** better get back up there to his prime. His cannonballs are not going to be the same. He probably gets way more ass than I do now.

Good for him, though he took the gastric bypass route and now looks like a deflated balloon.

They did mention it. That was a five minute portion of the episode, concentrating primarily on him, weight loss, and role with the team.

That's pu$$y *****. I bring in sparring partners and everything and let them hit me in the face. I also bring in my uncles and have them swear at each other.
