I always injure myself to resemble the multitude of injuries Mikkel Kessler has and has had.

Hell no I got work to go to 5/6 times a week I can't just dedicate the same time they do to working out. I hit the gym whenever I can not when someone decides to fight

Yeah, can't lie. I've put myself through a training camp when a big fight is going down. I've dropped all the way down to 134.5(with clothes on) at 5'8.

I usually stay around 150-155, so when I get to 140 my 4 pack starts coming out. 6 pack takes a little longer. Great way to get into shape for the summer.

And, who said it's only when your favourite fighter fights?

Who said you only work out when there's big fight coming up?

How long are the average training camps? 8 weeks?

It's 8 weeks to dedicate yourself and find motivation to reach your goals. It's honestly a great idea and you're not alone in doing it. There's plenty of people who look for innovative things such as this to find motivation.

After it's done. It's time to set new goals and go up and onward from there.
