    you're clueless...even if arum wants to secure floyd's guarantee he can not because floyd has his own investors and promoter (gbp). floyd making a flat offer of $40 million is a ***** move.

                  Yes, Before there was a 50/50 agreement in place, and lets be honest this fight was not going to flop, so guarantees would not be too much of a problem even at $40 million a piece.

                  GBP an Top Rank would have sorted out the guarantees knowing that this fight would break records and make them a mint in the process.

                    Working with and being signed to are two different things. Arum has the opportunity to make an offer which shows that Maywather isn't fully backed by GSP, just likes doing business with them more. Manny will get more than the $40M, just not a 50/50.
