Hence manny is such a large favorite. Cmon man its a good fight that would be better at 140. AT 147 its manny against a JWW moving up and I would expect you to hold it in the same light you held floyd/hatton.

Mayweather missed fights with Williams and Marg, should have fought Cotto earlier.

Talked up fights with Winky, never materialised. Has not taking the Pacquiao fight, or Martinez.

Has had good wins, but lacks career defining fights, and not because they were none about for him to have.

Pacquiao got his fights with the Mexican trio and Cotto.

Floyd has to fall back to his fights with Castillo and Corrales and if he beats Cotto you can add that to the list.

But it does not compare to Pacquiao's best wins.
Floyd beat a healthy and motivated DLH, don't take that away from him. This was the biggest fight of the generation and DLH wanted to win so bad.

Floyd would have destroyed winky, way too fast. And they were never in the same weight class at a time when the fight was possible.

I will give you Paul Williams, he avoided him but I think this was mostly a business decision (not enough money in that fight back then, now it would be pretty good but Williams is not the same anymore)

Almost all of Floyds fights were against fighters coming off of big wins (ex/ Mosley-Margarito), compared to Pac's recent fights (all off losses, all weight drained).

Pac's fights with the Mexi-trio are unbelievable. They are the reason he is thought so highly of. However, he still lost to Morales once, and Marquez once for sure and many would argue twice.

Floyd will almost certainly fight Pacquiao before he retires, and I think also Martinez at 154

And as for Joe, his win over Roy Jones is irrelevant because he was so far past it it's not even debatable. Also, it's questionable if Joe beat Hopkins, he was doing a lot of slapping, not a lot of hurting (and was knocked down too).

You should not come at me with this kind of thing, you will be schooled lol. But hopefully I am making you more knowledgeable in the process

Like I said Manny make 140lbs by skipping breakfast and not taking on fluids on the morning before the weigh-in.

140 or 147 no difference for Pacquiao.

Bradley could come in 140lbs if he want if he thinks that will help him.

At 147lbs I expect Bradley to pose a tougher challenge than if he had to come in at 140lbs.

Of course you would if not you'd have to actually hold manny to the same standard you hold floyd too.

Well if Floyd does fight Pacquiao it will settle the argument, but from Floyd's past history, I'm certain this fight won't happen.

I think the Martinez fight is pretty doubtful too.

Oscar was a part-time boxer when Floyd faced him, prior to the Mayorga fight he had almost 3 years out, and Mayorga was custom made for a guy like Oscar.

Winky was a great fighter, boring as hell but effective, had a great jab and a great defense.

He was naturally bigger than Floyd, and at 154lbs back then I would back Winky everyday of the week.

Fraud is the best 'non-fighter' of this generation

I have to agree, Fraud Mayweather is the best non-fighter of the last 20 years. You'd have to go back as far as Hector Camacho to fight somebody who didn"t fight as well as Fraud. The skill he has exibited in not fighting, in picking opponents he would be able to "not fight" against and in generally just avoiding getting into an actual fight is truly amazing I will give you that. ya ya ya ya he's a defensive specialist lmfao which actually means if a fight breaks out I'll just quit! If you're so much better than everybody else than knock them out Fraud! Should be easier for you than most, right? so lets see what Floyds KO ratio is then......Hmmmmmmmmm 61% lmfao those are sissy numbers......Pacman 70%, JM Marquez 73%, Sugar Ray leonard 69%, Hagler 77%, Hearns 77% not he's not an all time anything but a a guy who doesn't wanna fight.....EVER! He ain't fooling anybody anymore. Just smoke and mirrors. Not one memorable moment in his entire career........

Hopkins was getting his a$$ handed to him in that fight after the first few rounds.

Hopkins had to resort to play acting, crawling around on the floor like a dog and howling to buy time.

Could not live with the pace Joe was setting, and come the middle rounds he was just clinching.

And yes Roy was past it, but that is my point, so was Oscar and Mosley when Floyd fought them.
