He is, he already has Donaire fighting Mijares... not a real threat to Donaire. Gesta on the other hand... not a real threat to Marquez

Marquez probably shouldnt choose to fight Rios at this stage of his career. Marquez knows he is at the age where you cannot take a risk before a big fight anymore, and Gesta is less dangerous than Rios, Rios will come forward like Katsidis and Diaz and hurt and **** up JMM and force JMM to fight hard to win, if JMM cuts his eyes again and is injured that would put a November Pacquiao fight out of reach.

Marquez will take on a soft touch and Gesta is the perfect foe for him, Gesta is undefeated, has no power, is a southpaw, and is Filipino, it will help Marquez more he won't be under any threat and he can put in good work.

So he will be fresh for a Pacman fight in november.

And Arum still has a contract with Bobby Pacquiao, Bobby will quit after a few rounds of low blows on Rios. And the Pacquiao name will sell there will be people foolish enough to think that Bobby is as good as his brother or even think that Pacman is fighting on july 14 and order lol.

That way Arum is set for a storyline, if JMM loses in a freak loss to Gesta which is rare, than the follow up is to have Rios destroy the brother of Pacquiao and sell Pacman vs Rios as revenge match.
