lol tell Larry, I didn't make this thread. Any mention of Hatton on the other thread was down to Floyd fans, not me.
He did say time in, we've been over that on here a thousand times. Ortiz said he never heard it, oh well. He said it when he motioned them to the center of the ring.

Hatton didn't get a raw deal and neither did Ortiz. I didn;t hear anyone crying for Arturo Gatti this much when Floyd knocked him down when Gatti went to sleep mid-fight. Or when Shane tried to tackle Floyd and then tried to make up and got popped by Floyd.

So because Floyd suckerpunched Ortiz you think Cortez was the mastermind behind it? Ortiz could have just as easily sucker punched Mayweather.

And at that point I wouldn't have put it past Ortiz.

lol please, you remember Ortiz and his trainer watching Hatton-Mayweather on 24/7, they were astounded with how biased the referee was. Ortiz got an even worse deal himself, at least Cortez was looking at the action in the Hatton fight even if it was to penalise Ricky every 5 seconds. If Floyd got done like that you'd be furious :-)

I'm willing to bet you didn't b*tch and moan when Hatton roughed up Tszyu and f**king wrestled with him the whole fight, right???

Hatton and Ortiz lost, get over it.

So was Cortez bias for Ortiz when he was pushing his head into Floyd's the entire 4 rounds before his blatant headbutt???? Because Cortez didn't peanlize or take a point away for that.

I've never seen a legion of fans like Hatton's that are so butt hurt over there guy getting KO'd. I bet you created your account here right after Floyd KO'd Hatton to cry about Cortez and Floyd, or am I mistaken???

Its you that needs to open your eyes kid , open them to boxing and the dynamics of a fight , starting with Hattons corner telling him to give himself room your smothering yourself pleaded his trainer who was panicking as much as Ricky was , Ricky was too scared to give Floyd any room so he just bum rushed in panic mode , Cortez did all he could do to try and make a fight out of it , the moment the initial steam settled a tiny bit Floyd Teed of on him and was in total control , learn boxing as good as you learn hate and you might just see some stuff !

It was pretty close and that was WITH cortez helping mayweather the whole fight. Even if it went to the judges you think they would have given Hatton a points victory? of course they wouldn't have.. it would have just been like Castillo mayweather 1 and we all know what happened there. You just need to look at the recent history to work out that the 'money' guy wins.. you think if Cotto mayweather goes to points Cotto even has a chance of getting the decision? of course not, he will need a ko.

I love boxing but as a 'professional' sport it has become a complete joke. I spar and train on a daily and will one day teach my kids the 'art', but no real boxing fan pays attention to these silly decisions anymore.. i score the fights myself and i know who really wins them the majority of the time.. how can you have a promoter of a particular fighter arrange the fight and pick the officials? LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL what a joke.

I would have to rewatch it but I don't count illegal punches where you hold a guy with one hand and hit him with the other hand. This is not mma. I don't remember Hatton landing more than a few punches when he wasn't holding Floyd. So I don't think I gave Hatton any rounds. You can legally hit a man who is holding you but you can't legally grab a man, hold still and pound away with your other hand. That's the rules. It's called holding and hitting and its illegal everywhere except England when Hatton is fighting. It is not the same thing as infighting.

Can you repeatedly elbow someone in the face? like you said this is not mma.. i mean what was floyd doing when mosley rocked him? he nearly pulled mosley's arm off. what was he doing jumping ontop of mosleys head? he nearly broke his neck. floyd fights dirty, yet gets away with it. cortez didnt even let Hatton get close, so that infighting argument is bs.. all of this was predetermined pre-fight. like i said in my earlier post, the 'money' guy is favored.. the rules change for each fighter and that is why boxing has no credibility.
