The truth of course was that the 4th round was actually Ortiz's best round and rather than him looking tired he still was looking fresh and strong and coming more into the fight. It took a false embrace by FMJ followed by a cheap shot to stop him. Victor wasn't beaten legitimately, Cortez set him up and shame on HBO for backing that Mayweather lie.

Also they better send Larry to do the interviews post-Cotto, they already ruined the face-off with their soft touch, beta grovelling questions from Kellerman.

Ortiz had some moments, and he will get more composure with experience. However a blatant headbutt is the actions of a frustrated fighter who can't get to the opponent, not a guy looking good. The again we know you think Hatton wasn't actually KO'd by floyd, but by am turnbuckle.

Ortiz was nowhere near being broke down or stopped, Mayweather took a cheap shot and HBO should acknowledge the negative publiciy and controversy it caused instead of painting that Mayweather put on an all-conquering performance stopping his spent opponent in the 4th - it wasn't like that.
Really you did, did you? Based on the two clean punches he landed, versus the 10 to 15 Floyd did? Seriously you need to take those rose coloured glasses off when you watch a guy fighting Mayweather......you always think they are doing better than they actually are. It was a shame the fight ended the way it did, but that's Ortiz' fault. You can't expect to foul that flagrantly and not get something in return.

Nor is he good at winning rounds, but floyd haters think he is good at "coming on" whatever that means. It doesnt mean winning rounds because Ortiz wasnt doing that but it apparently means he was on his way to winning the fight somehow.

How convenient that you forgot to mention the head butt that Ortiz hit Mayweather with before the alleged cheap shot that you refer to. You are right about he fourth round being Ortiz's best round. That tells you how badly he was doing in the previous three because Floyd outlanded Ortiz three to one in the fourth round and was on his way to a knockdown at the very least before the cheap shot (also known as the head butt) by Ortiz. You should apply for a job as Ortiz's marketing director because you do a damn good job of promoting his bulls.hit!

I thought I was going to see Ortiz hurting Floyd with them big head-butts in the video clip.

If Tim Bradley would look at that video clip he would be saying, "You call those head-butts? lol!"

Ortiz was called for his dirty head-butt at the end. The other ones prior to that just deserved a warning at best due to his attempt, as the ref did.

but if you show this video then you must show what Floyd does with his elbow too, right?

What were they suppose to say??

"Then in the 4th. Mayweather, angry and upset about the headbutt, decided to retaliate by KTFO Ortiz when Ortiz was dumb enough to try and apologize for the 10000th time."

In Mayweather's defense, it was Ortiz that started it with the headbutt, and it was his own fault he didn't know to stop apologizing after doing it once. That being said, Ortiz made it a competitive fight, but I can't exactly say he was winning it either...
