Respect to Cotto for taking the high road and not blaming the defeat on the weight. But having to lose the extra pounds and then not being able to rehydrate past a certain weight had an impact on Cotto's performance and stamina.

Manny likely would've won without the weight clause, but you can't have it both ways. if it wasn't an issue, why ask for it.
Garbage, Cotto fought most of his career @ 140 and had fought his prev fight against Clotty 1 lb lighter than he did Pacquiao. Weight is just an excuse for mayweather fans, which is why Cotto didn't offer one.

    Try again.

Why would he have fought Pac @ 154? He had not even fought at that weight ever before at the time either genius.

May saying he's fighting him at a fair weight is BS.

Does that mean we should simply take a loss of Marquez's record, for making him fight a higher weight, further still than Manny, coming in heavier than you were supposed to giving a much bigger weight discrepency.

        Convenient that, Floyd.
Welcome back man, long time no see. Or have I just been missing you by chance?
