The main problem is I need someone to go watch this fight and I DARE YOU to find 7 rounds Rios won. I DARE YOU.

Gamboa and abril 2 different styles
i was more referring to rios being unable to fight because he looked like he just got out of a concentration camp after failing to make weight.

and yea gamboa gets careless but when has he ever been in trouble? 3 of the 5 knockdowns were nothing, he wasnt even hurt. one of them he got elbows in the face which put him off balance. he might get knocked down more than he should but he's never hurt.

And LMFAO at the "close split call" garbage in the thread title. In what alternate universe?

From a Rios fan, ABRIL WON EVERY ROUND EMPHATICALLY.

Brandon Rios Lost that fight period.

I had it 118-110 for Abril and I was being 'generous' to Rios, in reality I feel deep down that he didn't even win a single round.

I don't think you can find a sane and competent person to give Rios more than 2 rounds. Unless of course you're getting a very generous donation from the offices of Top Rank.

              Boycott Bob

Stop accepting these horrible decisions!! Refusing to purchase dud/fixed fights is the only way to make promoters take notice. Put "Boycott Bob" as the title to all your posts, join the movement, spread the message.

Many of us said before the bout that if Abril won the fight on the cards he would get robbed. Therefore, it was no major surprise to me what happened tonight. But the match was so one-sided that I was hopeful the judges wouldn't have the balls to give Rios the nod. Never underestimate the audacity of a criminal....

Corruption aside, what got me the most was the nerve of Rios and his corner acting like "Bam Bam" won the fight. I lost all respect for Rios and Robert Garcia tonight.

-_- I haven't even forgot about Marquez-Pacquiao III decision but this one right here makes JMM-Pac look like something completely 100% Just.

You heard it here first: Abril-Rios decision is WORSE than Marquez-Pacquiao decision. just disgusting is boxing man smh

Maybe I was naive to think that there wouldn't be a scandal in a fight like this but man I for one was floored when the decision, hell the moment Lupe said "BY SPLIT DECISION" I was like "WHAT!!" -_-

To me that salido fight was close and salido took the fight on short notice. 140 gamboa vs rios would be a tough choice at 140. Rios looked weak tonifgr
