Some people just prefer the art of boxing and arent a fan of the whole ground and pound thing. LOL...MMA was never a threat to boxing. Boxing has so many great wars, great fighters, the history....Boxing is a huge international sport. Its an OLYMPIC sport.

Alot of MMA fans ore skater **** and WWE fans.

mma numbers are getting worse, less people are showing interest in it, and their most popular star just left for the WWE. UFC is dying

Exactly, as mixed martial artists earn more and more money these problems will occur.
I said MMA didn't I? But if you want to go there, they are providing most of the urges with fights people want to see. Something boxing is lacking.

A lot of those fans are comic book fans and a lot like Carnage. I take it you're part of that group as well?

You do realize that aside from floyd, pac, and cotto ppvs there is noone else in boxing that can sell ppv if their life depended on it right?? Even latin fury cards with chavez jr only tkp out at roughly 250,000 buys which is on par with what the ufc does.

u do realize Boxing was always basically like this throughout the ppv age with Tyson,Holyfield,Lewis and Chavez Sr. people act like whenever the superstars retire there will be no one else to fill their shoes. (Canelo Alvarez, Broner, Dulorme.) When (any star in Boxing) retires boxing is dead. Oscar retired, Tyson retired, Ali retired the list goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on

this pretty much sums it up right now. i would like to add that i love the fact i can watch BOTH with great pleasure! i have friends that only watch one or the other... feel sorry for them. boxing is my 1 and mma a close 2nd.

There is one huge fight in mma that everyone wants to see and thats GSP v Silva and why doesnt that happen? Because dana dont want to lose one of his biggest cash cows.

As you can see for such a young sport mma already has the same problems, it will only get worse.

Im not hating I also like mma but I think you are blind to the faults that mma has already.
