martinez was offered 70-30 and he said yes,he will be getting a big pay with jr,the biggest of his career and he will accept the 30% because he knows that he will probably win and that will lead to even bigger purses

i dont think its enough to entice floyd tho, high risk, low reward. martinez wont be bringing in any revenue.

It doesn´t matter he wants Chávez or not, if he avoids the fight this year he wont fight on the wbc anymore. Besides Martínez inside game isn´t his strong point right?. I think Jr has the strenght and chin to pull the upset in a head to head fight.

He can't be worse than Ortiz?

Add a Chevez Jr. win to his accolades, and then have a promo in which Floyd is challenging for the MW title.

          It'd bring revenue.

If that's the case, then Mayweather would gain more from beating Sergio @ Middleweight for the WBC belt (provided Serg can beat Chavez Jr of course)

and if Mayweather wants to go for records, taking a fight @ MW and winning a belt would be a pretty huge accomplishment

no doubt, Floyd vs Martinez for the WBC MW title would be a huge bout.

Thats true! Floyd is very smart promoting, I think it should do good in numbers (after beating Chavez)

No way in hell Floyd fights Martinez at 160. If that fight was made it would either be 154 or 150.

Martinez isn't getting past Chavez Jr.
