Hes a top 10 why cause you say so. Who has he beat to warrant that rating? Hes not even the best in England. A lot of people would look at this as a duck on Devons part but I dont see it as such. Boxing is about timing in and out of the ring.
Kells trying to make a name for himself while Devons on the verge of getting a title shot. Devon has nothing to gain by fighting someone like Kell. He should be looking to get anybody in the top 5 WW division in the ring.

WW is weak? other then the big 2 you still have, Zavec, Senchenko, Jones, Bradley, Devon, Berto, Ortiz, Aydin, Ghost, Brook and soon Khan.. it's the most profiled and stacked division...guys are just not wanting to fight each other in order to get big pay off fights ala Bradley, if any of these guys fight you already have a great match

Ive never seen Kell fight either. I only know who he is from the boxing threads. You think Cunningham hangs out in boxing forums like us? He doesnt know who dude is. Whys everybody killing him? Who the hell has Kell beat that Cunningham should know who he is?

he really should know who is in the upper part of his fighter's division. he REALLY should. even if it isn't someone he think is worthy just yet he'd be(/is) very ****** to not keep tabs on what's going on around him. otherwise how can he know who to match alexander with and when? so for example zavek fights brook and wins a real hard earned victory- does he just discount that and say "never heard of brook he's never been on espn" and assume that zavek must be having troubles finding it hard to get past a "nobody"- OR does he make sure he knows the score?
guy is either thick or full of ****. probably a fair portion of each.
