Middleweight's class respawned. Hopefully some big fights happen this year... not just some words circulating.

DiBella is such a hypocrite....there are plenty of fights for Martinez at 154. And so what if Kirkland is overrated, prove that he is (again) and KO him live on HBO!!!! People will tune in to see 2 big name fighters instead of his last 3 fights vs no names. Fight Cotto, a more than respectable win even after Cotto loses to Floyd. Call out Canelo at 154 or take K-9' belt so you can have a strap for marketablity....there's options at 154. But it seems the ONLY person they want at 154 is a WW named Floyd.
At 160, Arum will not let Chavez fight Martinez or the fight would have happened by now. Sterm isn't fighting anyone. Pirog isn't a big enough name imo. He isn't going up to 168 which again is a$$ backwards. But atleast lobby for some catch weights with Kessler, Abraham, Bootay (Bute), one of the Dirrell bros, Froch or Ward.
Anyway, Sergio is very entertaining and I give him credit for what he's done. He does get a lot of hate because of his opponents but I blame his promoter for that.Comment

For what it's worth Sergio is actually taller and sports a 3 to 4 inch reach advantage over Abraham. I think the most intriguing factor with Sergio moving up is that he's ultra talented and people would kill to see him display those skills when he's not holding all the advantages.Comment

Sergio being too small for super middle is the same argument people use that Pac/Floyd are too small to fight Sergio. They both would give up advantages in height, reach, strength, punching power, body mass, etc the same way he would give up those advantages moving up.Comment

Sergio can beat anybody at MW or JMW
he should do it and forget chasing unrealistic big fights
Pac and Floyd aren't gonna fight him
just go about beating all the ranked guys around you
after Chavez, nothing for him at MW name wise
some names to prey on at JMW though
if he can still go down to JMW, he might as well do itComment
