[QUOTE=savorduhflavor;11989187]Cotto's had the best career out of those to date.

        No question about it.

          Ward and Donaire
Ward's done more so far though, cleaning up the super 6 was big
and he's one of the best skilled boxers around right now
Nonito will be cleaning up the FW divisions soon

No its not. Guys like williams and dawson and bradley obviously have all the talent in the world but have been relegated to relative obscurity for most of their careers despite massive success in the ring because they simply don't generate enough dollars for promotion companies and networks are after to justify investing in them heavily.

So far it's Cotto, but Ward, Donaire, Khan/Bradley, Dawson, Gamboa, Broner and Russell Jr. still have a lot of potential and a lot of fights left to build a legacy. Very hard to judge in these stages of their careers.

You're ****** in 2002 half of those fighters were nobodies. Most of the guys who debuted 2005 or later are just now starting to get big fights its about 10 years too early to judge who the best fighters debuted in the 2000s are

Gamboa - Donaire - Ward are all in the same spot for me. As in...they could do better.
LMFAO Ward, Calderon and Donaire have better resumes than Cotto

Majority of those guys didn't really do major things till a decade later. We're only in 2012, the group of 2000 still has 7 years to do some things.

How many great fighters have those guys fought? Those guys don't have anything resume wise on Cotto. Ward has a good resume but it isn't better than fighting Pacquaio, Mayweather, Mosley, Judah, Mayorga, and Margarito.
