    Cotto stops him, no doubt.

    Too big, fast and accurate!!

If they where the same size, even if they where the same size Cotto has the edge IMO

I voted Marquez by decision. I believe Cotto when he said he was perfect at 145 and don't believe his new excuse story that he was drained.I thought Pac won a close one over Marquez. Pac won almost every round by a huge margin over Cotto. I know Cotto has a different style than Pac but I still have to favor Marquez over Cotto based on their fights against Pac. Maybe Pac had a good night with Cotto and a bad night with Marquez. I think it's a very close fight and a great fight.

Cotto by decision. He doesn't play into Marquez's style the way Pac did.

I believe this is a fight where the size will make a difference, But i can still see JMM winning..

Considering both Juan Diaz and Katsidis ripped on Marquez, people really think Cotto won't do any damage?

I seriously believe people watch one fight and expect that from a fighter in every fight. Marquez vs Pac doesn't equal Cotto vs Marquez. Styles make fights and Cotto's jab, size, and overall ring generalship will be a problem for Marquez. Marquez even states in another interview where they talked about a dream match of sorts that Cotto is too big.

Imo marquez would have a good outing and give a good account of himself, but when its all said and done, miguel would be too big/much for marquez. And its not like the fight would take place at 145, miguel would have 15+ pounds on marquez fight night.

Would be a great fight two proper boxers going all out. Marquez would win by decision.

The reason why JMM looked so good against Pac in the 3rd fight is because Pac was fighting a technical fight. He was boxing in the center of the ring and waiting for JMM to come forward, tactical disaster. Cotto wouldn't do that, he would definitely try to impose his size on JMM, he would put pressure on him from the get go and would land some heavy shots on the blown up lightweight. JMM don't look too good against non stop pressure fighter these days, I see him getting stopped by Cotto late while he's ahead on points.
'09 Cotto wouldn't pressure Marquez the way you think.

I think Cotto's left hook would cause problems for Marquez but would still lean toward JMM by decision in this one.

                      I'd probably lean on Marquez.
