I have developed a healthy respect for Cotto over the years. But all signs point to him getting dismantled on May 5.

        refer to Clottey-Cotto

Even in his wins against Clottey and Mosley he was getting walked down. I think Floyd is a lot stronger than you guys know. I also think the breach in Miguel is he doesn’t like accurate punchers. Margarito and Pacquiao, kept touching Miguel. Margarito is slow but his left uppercut couldn’t miss in that 1st fight. Floyd does not apply the volume those guys do, but he is every bit as accurate. I’m not saying the fight won’t be competitive but over time, Floyd should separate himself.
floyd will separate himself early, winning 11 rounds.

cotto was a good fighter, but margacheatos plaster and the beating pac

gave him have him physically deteriorated.

cotto will be walked down like you said by round 6

cotto wont land one left hook to the body or head, floyds right elbow will

be hitched to his hip and he will land lots of check hooks early with straight

          rights late in the fight.

          easy money for floyd

I don't see Floyd dominating Cotto the same way as Manny dominated him. On the other hand, i don't see Floyd consistently getting hit and bruised up like Manny was against Cotto either.

I agree. I think it'll be a different form of domination. I think he's going to TKO Cotto by way of cuts (or maybe corner stoppage when it seems it's helpless). Then again, Cotto could fight differently and basically retreat and avoid punishment all night and loose a snoozer.

I love Cotto and I wish he would beat the hell out of Floyd, so I'm rooting for him. Don't see it happening though and I hope I don't have to see him get the living eff beat out of him. Wish him luck and the best.

Plaster and the highest quality steroids on the market beat Cotto. Cotto is unbeaten then.
But Cotto even though on paper is unbeaten like Floyd, bottom line is he was beaten badly in the actual fights that he was cheated in. So either way you look at it, even though Floyd will be the first to beat Cotto if he beats him that is. The win will be tarnished as everyone could see with their own eyes the beatings Cotto got by Margacheato and Pedman, god bless Cotto.
I think Cotto can beat Floyd as well.

We will see on May 5th. If his trainer tells Angel to hit Mayweather elbows as hard as he can so he can't protect himself and throw punches. I would say yeah he's got a real good chance of taken that o from Mayweather Lol.
