He was up at 9 and the ref said Andrade lost because he didn't stay in his corner not because Bute got up at 9.... or if you want to go by the entire length of the count you would have 24 seconds that go by.

I counted 8 seconds from the time Bute got dropped to getting up. Then the bell sounded, fight over and it goes to the cards.

You should get a different cable company as they cheated you about 16 seconds of that fight if you where only able to count 8 seconds...

It is actually over in the last round, when the fight goes the extended 3min mark cuz' of the knockdown...He was knockdown with 2 seconds left in the round. When he got up. The time of the round was 3:07. It exceeded 7 seconds. And, that's fine since you can't be saved by the bell in the last round. But, once he is up the fight is over.

But, again lets go your route should the ref have stopped the fight even though Bute was up at 9?

It's not mandatory for the ref to ask a fighter to come forward or any of that jazz. If that was the case, Forrest should have gotten a KO win over Mosley in the first fight, and Frazier over Ali in their first fight.

He was up at 9 and falling into the ropes at 10. However the ref turned and ignored Bute's condition...


Of course the ref should have stopped the fight.. he was laying on the ropes at 10 but again the ref turned and like the ref SAID, he Andrade had stayed in his corner he would have won the fight... HINTS Bute was counted out, but since he had to turn away forgot what number he was on, he went back to 6.

You keep dodging the fact that the ref said Andrade would have won if he didn't have to stop the count of 10 and turn away.
