Actually i believe that is Miguel Cotto's stepson, Luis Aquino, a son that Melissa Guzman already had from a previous relationship before she met Miguel. Miguel also has a daughter outside of his relationship with Melissa. Either way, this is irrelivent to his professional career. In HBO's face off with Max Kellerman with Floyd and Miguel, it's obvious Floyd had much respect for the WBA Light Middleweight Champ, and vice versa. Nobody can deny that Miguel is a great ambassador for this great sport.
