Realistically, he doesn't have many options for July 7th in England. Devon Alexander isn't going to travel their to fight, Berto-Ortiz II/Guerrero-Aydin, Jones is fighting Bailey in June for the IBF title.

He could fight the Senchenko-Malignaggi winner, but they fight in Late April. I don't think that's enough time. Realistically, Jan Zaveck is his best option for July. Than, he has a ton of options after that.

Brook isn't ready for the contenders yet.

Forget how many fights this guy has had, he's only just beaten Matthew Hatton. He needs a few fights against good competition before taking on an Ortiz or Berto.

because you dont go from matthew hatton to manny pacquiuao or tim bradley, not berto or ortiz neither. even if he could get those fights that is, which i dont think he could. he doesnt have a big enough name in the states or a stron enough resume to make someone like that fight him, they would gain nothing from it.

he needs to build up to that, again theres a huge ****ing leap from matthew hatton to the top WWs. zavek would be a great fight for him, soto-karass would be good too. the bailey-jones winner would be great, aydin or lujan as well.

a solid fighter, the type of guy who can handle himself against the best, but not quite win. or a fellow up and comer. thats the kind of fight that will give him exposure, experience and most importantly those are the kind fights he can get.
