Don't see how Manny Pacquaio managed to find his way onto this thread. But anywho. Watching live, I thought it was close and wasn't at all surprised or outraged that Pac got the decision, and I was rooting for JMM. After watching it a couple more times, I've consistantly scored it 7-5 JMM. Either way, to say either guy dominated or won going away is ridiculous on both sides of the debate.

Everyone should just quit feeding into all the Pac-fan nonsense. The majority of them are NOT boxing fans, they are PACQUIAO fans. Their criteria for judging fights consists of whatever Pac does in the ring from fight to fight. They have not studied the game outside of Pacquiao, therefore they use criteria like "the other guys face had more bruises", "he stepped on Pacs toe", "counter-punching is cowardly", "the guy who scores a knock down wins, even if he loses every other round!". These people are not true fans of the sport. Their fanatacism is based on ethnic identity. When Pac retires, they will go back to cheering for their favorite fighting roosters in their back yards. Until then, we will just have to endure their constant trolling of every boxing site so that they can remind the world that Pacquiao is 10 X better than Robinson, Duran, Ali, Armstrong, Chavez, and Hagler combined. It's a shame that Pacs delusional fans have turned so much of the world against him.

BTW....I'm not Mexican, so save it.

That’s fine by Rios because it looks like he’s going to get the fight he really wanted if he defeats Richard Abril on April 14 in Las Vegas. Promoter Bob Arum told BoxingScene.com earlier this week that if all goes as planned he intends to match Rios against Mexican legend Juan Manuel Marquez on July 14 at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
