It is almost 30 years and only 10 fighters have topped the yearly P4P rankings
Hagler and Pacquiao 4 a piece, but barring a Bradley win Pacquiao should move clear this year.

modern era in boxing is post 1942.
a lot of much greater fighters from 1942 to now.
2003-2012 does not constitute the entire modern era.

Pac should be about 6 years now. As when Floyd was no1 p4p, it really should have been Pac, when he was beating Barrera and Morales etc etc.
