PR commision making a point of sticking to Juan Ma to show him that he's not above the PR Commission and doesnt run them. I have a feeling if this was Tito or a top 5 p4p PR fighter then he can say he whatever he wants and PR Commission will smile and swallow his loads. but its not, its a guy who just lost to a mexican twice in PR then started blaming the whole island except taking the blame himself.
