Better win for first title: Mayweather or Pacquiao

So we've seen the fights we know the stories, who's first title win was more impressive.

Floyd vs. Hernandez or Manny vs. Sasakul?

Good thread, it's going to be interested to see the responses in this thread. Going to be good for a couple of laughs.

This one is easy. Floyd beat a future HOF whose only loss was to a prime ODLH.

Eh, kinda close. I'd lean towards Chicanito though.

I say the floyd win against hernandez. Floyd was a young fighter who has been a pro for less than 2 years was going against a great fighter in hernandez but hernandez quit on his stool and went to permanent retirement. Pac on the other hand was being dominated by sasakul until he landed that straight left that wilted sasakul to kingdom come. LOL

                  probably the worst thread ever..............................

                  duh

so an olympic gold medalist who had everything handed to him (as far as getting fights and exposure goes) had a better first title win than an obscure asian fighter with no amateur career worth mentioning. wow, that means a lot.

                    This makes no sense.

1.He isn't an olympic gold medalist.
2.The medal he did win HE HAD TO EARN.
3.That's what happens when you win medals in the olympics and choose to go pro.
