It has to be a gay thing for someone to say Floyd-Cotto = Floyd-Pacquiao. I cant think of any other explanation for why you feel you need to defend every last thing Floyd does.

I mean, what you're saying is that Floyd-Matthew Hatton would be the same because its a mismatch so bring on Floyd-Matt Hatton!

Do you realise how ******ED you sound? I really dont think you do.

And you can even tell in those fights, he was very vulnerable. The biggest thing is what you can't physically see and that's his mental state, the guy quit mentally twice in his two biggest fights!
Cotto has always been vulnerable, even in his "prime". Malignaggi won 4-5 rounds against him, the Mosley fight was close, and Judah tagged him at times early on. The only time Floyd has ever look realy vulnerable was the first Castillo fight and those 2 big shots from Mosley in the 2nd round. In the Floyd-Judah fight, Floyd started slow but he didn't look quite as vulnerable as Cotto did against Judah in the early going.

I'm just saying in terms of skill and how he looks, Cotto is pretty much the same guy he was in 2009, past his prime-still good. His only alright win since was beating Foreman for the WBA title, the Mayorga fight was pointless. At least Foreman held a title and was a Top 10 ranked SWW. Margarito, while I get why Cotto took the rematch, was a little pointless as well.

Mayweather-Cotto and Pacquiao-Bradley are by far the two best fights available for each at this time, aside from each other obviously.

Mayweather-Mosley (past his prime), Mayweather-Ortiz, Mayweather-Hatton, all good fights going in no doubt. Regardless they turned out to be mismatches, they were good fights and solid choices of opposition going in. Mayweather-Corrales and Mayweather-Genaro turned out to be mismatches as well.

A mismatch and a terrible selection of an opponent is like when Pac fought Margarito or Mosley at the time he did. Or like when Floyd fought Marquez at 144, it wasn't needed at that time. Although I'd be the first to say that Floyd deserves some credit for shutting him out at a weight he arguably just beat Manny at though.

I'm just happy we're actually seeing good fights from BOTH Floyd and Manny. Oh well, hopefully they'll fight. I'm not losing any sleep over it. When they're gone, boxing will still be here and so will the next generations top guys.

Yeah and the next generation's guys will duck each other and fight soft gimmie opponents just like them because fans like you are willing to accept this **** as "acceptable".

When things started out he was respectful towards Ortiz, you'd see that at their HBO face to face. When Ortiz cut Mayweather off and started saying ''No offence bro but I don't care'' etc. the mood changed. He went from respecting the 'Young Lion' to patronising him. Saying to Kellerman that he was going to destroy this kid. Saying on the 24/7 that he was going to put him in a dungeon and whip him.

He doesn't really tear into fighters who are respectful towards him. When he feels as though he has been disrespected/looked down on then his mouth gets away from him.
