Byrd, and even Ruiz(LOL) have beaten better fighters during their reign. Brewster has beaten Wlad, a washed up maniac(Golota) and "beat" Meehan(<---who? Exactly). I think Brewster can beat Byrd and Ruiz, but until then, he's not ranked higher than either of them.
