Interesting... if i remember well pacquiao has been training in philippines and only cominga
to the states in the last weeks before each fight coz if he stays here more than 6 months hes taxed as a resident of the US.. hes been earning more each fight than the one before, further, top rank now handles his endorsments and sponsor contracts abd they been very vocal on how many sponsor deals they have been getting for him... all this leads me to believe hes being making a lot of money the last year... he paying 100 millionin 2010 and payibg 7 million this year reeks of tax evasion or a very ****** accountant team...
