If he paid the amount of taxes that he was due to pay, he has absolutey nothing to worry about and should have had no problem turning over his financial records. No the report didn't really say that. What they are really saying is that they want the documentation from Pacquiao about his earnings so that they can determine whether he
owes any tax or not. They are not accusing him of owing tax, they just don't know. They may either bill him or absolve him.. This is exactly the same as was reported before when it first came to the taboids.
