What Manny said was that he was willing to fight Floyd as per previous demands ... so 50/50 plus accepting to take the test ..... but if Manny sees that there is a snag in the negotiations, Manny would be willing to take less just to get the fight on.

Manny's team continued with the negotiation and in fact made a counter-offer of 50M guarantee for each and a 55-45 revenue split for the winner and we all know what happened.
