I'd take a fluke loss like Kirkland's any day of the week. That loss does absolutely nothing to change what I know Kirkland's capable of based on the last several years.

Lara is ok, but he doesn't stand up to JK.

The only fighter that has the possibility of beating Kirk at 154 is Martinez.

JK is the uncrowned champion at this point. You'll see what I'm saying in due time.
Hey I am as big a Kirkland fan as there is, but I would put my money on Lara H2H all day.

He did struggle with Molina, so what??? He came back and put a beat down on Williams, who is still a very good fighter. I like Kirkland a lot, but I can very easily see him getting out boxed by Lara. Kirklands best shot would be pressure, pressure, and more pressure, and knock Lara out, which could very well happen. It's a good fight, but I highly doubt it happens.

I'd rather see Kirkland-Canelo and Kirkland-Cotto to be honest. I'd like to see Sergio and Lara fight.

Whether it was Erislandy or his manager making those statements, it's the Lara camp saying that they'd rematch Carlos Molina. That's enough for me. Carlos made some statements yesterday; the Lara camp answered back today. There are certain people that have been insinuating Erislandy won't fight Molina again. Well, here they we have it: Lara wants the fight just like Carlos does. I'm all for it.

So does Carlos Molina really have a chance tonight real talk? I know Kirkland is a beast but his chin is questionable. I'm pretty sure if An******o hadn't blown his load in the 2nd round of their fight (or was it the very first?) Angulo would have massacred Kirk as was expected.

I'm not big on Lara, never was. I think he's a quality fighter, just not star material. He showed me something against Williams, though. I thought Erislandy would lose that fight.

Regardless, I think Lara is better than Molina. Carlos has been underrated, but he's still an overachiever. If Erislandy and Molina meet again, I think Lara's better quality will show. It'll be an exciting fight, however. Erislandy will be out to prove the first fight was a fluke and Carlos will be trying to keep his career above water. (Let's face it, although his record is deceiving, Molina's numbers will just look ****ier with every loss.)

I think Molina has a chance against anyone at 154, except maybe Cotto. That's not to say I think he beats everyone but Miguel. I just think Carlos is a real gamer, a blue-collar guy who's better than his record indicates and has been through the fire. You've gotta like a guy like that, and you can never really count a guy like that out.
