Lara's right, kirkland's team knows better than anyone and since his return they've picked carefully but this molina fight will set kirkland back, molina has proven with late notice, long layoffs, or top opponents he comes through unscaved.

Lol @ careful pick. What the hell are you talking about exactly? Everyone wanted to see that fight. Every boxing fan went crazy when that fight was signed cause we all knew it was gonna be a war and wasn't gonna last 12 rounds. Actually a lot of people thought Kirkland would get knocked out because Ishida knocked him out. There were more people siding with Angulo winning, including me. I was rooting for Kirkland but thought Angulo would knock him out.

I think it's an awesome stylistic match up. Lara could very easily outbox Kirkland or succumb to Kirkland pressure and power.

I'd like to see the winner of Kirkland-Molina fight Lara. But, I don't see Kirkland-Lara happening. Lara's style is all wrong for Kirkland. Lara > Kirkland anyday of the week, and this is coming from a huge James Kirkland fan.

Why because Lara had a draw with Molina and beat Williams coming off a 2nd round KO loss?

I'd take a fluke loss like Kirkland's any day of the week. That loss does absolutely nothing to change what I know Kirkland's capable of based on the last several years.

The only fighter that has the possibility of beating Kirk at 154 is Martinez.

If a guy has proved more than the current champs, to me, that makes him the uncrowned champ.

With every fight, whoever imposes their will wins the fight. I don't get why you feel the need to state that as if that isn't always the case. In my opinion, I'm very confident that JK will impose his will on Lara like he will Molina tonight.
