i think theres a decent amount of heavyweights that can be in exciting fights but with the 201+ limit maybe guys dont come in as good of shape as they can. they take it easy in camp because they dont HAVE to cut weight. but again, thats not the klitschkos fault.

and on the other hand, maybe they're just that good. if you don't like it, don't watch. nobody is making you, afterall.
    A well-written post.

So was Lewis 40 years old when he fought a prime Briggs. A prime Briggs was more willing to throw punches there for was more likely to get caught. Do you honestly think that the Klits would've had problems with Botha or Golota with his lack of heart. Grant was way too green for Lewis nd never really was a fighter just a good athelete. In all honesty Grant's probably more well rounded now.

A prime Briggs was'nt as big as the Briggs that Klitschko fought. He was more athletic when he fought Lewis and he did'nt have such a thick neck. Having a thick neck like he does now would help him absorb punches better.

Some rich Arab needs to make Lewis v Wlad for silly money in Dubai or something.

Lewis vs Vitali makes more sense (esp considering their history.) Wlad would obliterate Lennox at this stage.

Exactly and also don't forget the Vitali-Briggs fight would've been a TKO under most professional boxing referees.

Lewis was just as prepared for his fight with Vitali as he was for his first fight with Rahman, that being said, he also took the fight on a 2 week notice, same for vitali obviously. If the Well preared version on Lewis showed up, I mean the one that was ready for Tyson and the Rahman rematch, Vitali would have tasted the canvas enroute to a brutal KO.

Klitchko ended Lewis's career even though he won by TKO. Lennox, the Klitchko's are the most boring fighter's of our decade, but you had no answer for your Klitchko. Guess that early stoppage because of the cut saved you.

I look at Lewis' resume and then look at the Klits and there is NO comparison. To even suggest that shows that you have an inferiority complex for your Klits.

Why mention Ruiz then if deep down, you know he isn't up to scratch?

Lewis stopped him on cuts, TKO'ed him, but he wasn't even close to knock him out. If Lewis knocked Vitali out, then Cris Byrd did exactly the same thing - he knocked him out (cold) too, according to this author. What an idiot!

Than again, Lewis isn't much better - he was a great fighter (not on Ali or Louis level, but definitely top-10 of all time IMO), but he is jealous. He shouldn't say they are boring considering the fact he had a lot of boring fights as well.

This article is garbage, does the guy even read his own crap before he posts it?

"The frenchman was hopelessly outclasses and Lewis fees the Ukrainian brothers' title fights are poor a poor advert for the sport. "

Plus in his opening he says Lewis criticized the Klitschkos for their sub par opponents, which looking through the quotes he never did. That is suggesting he is saying the Klitchkos are choosing weak opponents and ducking better available ones, which anyone following boxing knows they have cleared out the division and it is not their fault everyone sucks. Lennox stated the same, that everyone sucks and that the Klitschkos are not exciting enough but he didnt criticize them for selecting bad opponents. The author is a reject.
