Now, let me be clear. I believe both sides are legitimately ducking each other for their own reasons, but Arum was called out publically by ESPN's Dan Rafael on "The Cut" not being a legitimate reason to dodge the fight.
Arum said "We need to see what the doctors say about the eye concerning the May 5th date"
The problem is Floyd fans twisted that statement and ran with it as if it was the final statement
Furthermore, you know that on ESPN they also said that Floyd is a coward, right?

Gatti ??? Gatti had more balls than JR will ever have but he was NOT champion when JR fought him, he was a washed up fighter, WON't WORK !
Hatton was small, a blown up proven can't fight at WW fighter,,,won't work mang
Zab was a badly defeated leftover from Tz and all ZAB does is accentuate what his heart dictates and that is survive or quit,,, won't work
ODH,,,,old and washed up , couldn't pull the trigger,,,,and you would think he would have slaughtered ODH but it was the sickest big fight in the history of boxing. I paid good money to watch that. BS,,,won't work mang
I am totally supprized that you are trying to pull this off using JMM. JMM is the wee little mang , and you using him to define JR ??????? Wow,,,,just won't work thats like Ali claiming Brian London as his defining fight.
and
Balto ????????? W O W ! LMAO !!!!!!
Now the truth is , and the answer to the Question is :
JR does not have a defining fight !
JR is a product of HYPE with skills and no balls
I can't wait for somebody to prove me wrong, I definitely desire the taste of eating crow.
Whoever you named Pac did greater than JR , easy.
Remember ODH , he chose to come in at 147,,,,,QUIT on his stool
Remember Hatton, KO'd in two
sad boxing has come to this.
bump for spot on answer.

Halfway between 160 and 147 is 153.5.....so why would pbf move up to a weight to suit sergio, pbf is the draw/main person, so therefore sergio should come down to 150 if the fight were to happen, you dont see pacquiao going down to 140 to fight bradley but rather bradley going up to 147 becuz pacquiao calls the shots just like pbf does, lederman is a a$$...

I already said why Floyd would fight Cotto there and not Martinez, I asked why he should fight Martinez there when Martinez has 25 fans, can't speak english to sell the fight, and isn't even ranked at the weight?

We have to be consistent. I wouldn't ask Pac to do anything Floyd shouldn't do. Floyd should fight be fighting Martinez at 154. I gave Floyd a pass because I think he's getting acustom to the weight division again.
If he doesn't fight Martinez after Cotto, it would be because of the Pac fight. If he doesn't fight Pac, then he should fight Martinez.
The same applies for Pac. Pac should fight Martinez at 154, no catchweight.
Hey Grustler, remember when the PED speculation was going on a few years ago, the Pac fans claimed that Manny has always been Floyd's size/weight since they were 16-30 to explain Manny's sudden weight gain? They even supplied pictures lol
Well now that we're asking Manny to do what Floyd's doing (fighting at 154) since they're the same size; guess what? Manny's no longer the same size as Floyd and is "so much smaller".
Can you believe that?
So when Manny is accused of PED speculation, "Manny's always been as big as Floyd".
When Manny is asked to fight at the same weight division as Floyd because they're the same size, "Manny was never as big as Floyd. He's so much smaller".
I normally don't put emotions in my posts, but LMAO LOL!!!Last edited by BoxingGenius27; 03-20-2012, 09:28 AM.
