And for your information also, Arum's much criticised support of Margarito even against one of his PPV stars, was because the Commission found him not guilty, and also the evidence of the Commission rep when the pads were found showed that they were harmless, just used. Arum actually made a formal request to the Commission to show how those pads could ever harm any human being.
