Well they were all losing to each other because, they were all fighting each other. Lets not use Floyd reasoning(since he mentioned) because once he says ****** stuff. If you fight the best you will lose it comes with the territory.

Also it pretty weak that he couldn't fight so and so because they were Top Rank or Haymon fighters. Pretty lame excuse.

He was suing Bob Arum ....how do you sue a guy cause he owes you PPV money but you still negotiate PPVs with him?

Also I don't know why Al Haymon fighters have never fought. I can't think of 2 Haymon fighters that have ever fought.

there is always an excuse as to why fights don't get made. Not just mayweather fights...its the culture of boxing.

i'm well aware of the entire circumstances around Floyd as i was one of the biggest Floyd fans before


then one day, while defending Floyd on why he didnt fight so and so, i just felt really ******


there i was with a laundry list of fighters that Floyd didn't fight and the reasons/excuses why it didn't happen


all those non-fights i was justifying were all fight that i WANTED to see



fighters can make fights happen...or not

I agree with all you said & I wanted to see those fights but the reality was that Mayweather was suing Arum in 2008 and the Cotto & Margarito fights werent going to happen. Those aren't excuses, those are facts. Arum didn't want to make the Cotto fight when he promoted both. He never mentioned Mayweather & Margaritos name in the same sentence until Mayweather left him.

This is coming from Paul. Do we know if he actually asked to fight Mayweather outside of the media? 2 months after Mayweather retired in 2008 Paul got clowned by Quintana. A few months later he avenged that loss then immediately moved up to 154lbs.
