Gus is a look at me, self promoting clown of an announcer, who rarely does homework on the fighters and relies solely on Al Bernstein to bring anything intelligent to the conversation.

i think he's more suited for basketball, he seems out of place out there. Generally, when a match is exciting, no one hears the TV announcer because we're all up and screaming anyway at what's actually going on, not what Gus is hollering
