            Ah, forgot he was "retired." I see what you're saying but Haye was the one who turned it into a physical thing. Chisora definitely instigated the whole ordeal though.

              i actually believe his intention originally was to head over there and build a fight with haye down the road in front of all those bigtime media people and not get into a fistfight with haye on the spot

              haye threw the first punch and he had a flippin bottle in his hand

                  No, they dont need a license, but fights must be sanctioned by the board same as a fight in Las Vegas needs to be sanctioned by the Nevada state commission. You dont need a separate license but the board has the right to decide whether you are eligible to box in their area. So if chisora goes and gets a license in USA he would still need the british boards approval to fight here
