yes it means he will have to go abroad to fight, since the bbbofc is the only licensing commission here. Likely he will leave warren and go to the states, he will get a license no problem and probably an instant big money match with arreola, adamek etc. Pointless gesture by the board, really. A 12 month ban would have been more punitive, because he might have actually waited it out. This way he leaves, gets to cash in on his notoriety and can box again straight away. Silly

Haye is "retired" so dosnt have a current license.....plus he didnt start the brawl.Chisora walked 30 yards with entourage in tow, took off his jacket and put his face in Hayes....if thats not starting a fight then i dont know what is.

Plus it wasnt just the fight with Haye,it was his disgusting behaviour leading up to the fight and his past record that all added up.

          He wont be missed

So that means a foreign fighter coming to England will also have to get a BBofC licence? (e.g. Ruiz when he fought Haye)

Not surprised if I'm honest. Chisora has a had a few incidents in the past (biting an opponents ear, kissing a guy at the weigh in lol, etc).

Silly move though by the BBBoC because he'll just go elsewhere, get a license & fight. If anything this will just enhance his thug image a bit more. Means more £££ for Del Boy now.

fights can't happen without the approval of the BBBofC. They didn't approve Francois Botha for Tyson Fury

                      haye retired.

i'm pretty sure you have to re - apply for a license after that. his actions will be taken into consideration should he ever return for a fight.

does anybody know how long his ban will last?

and will arreola hit him with a corona bottle or an open face enchilada after he gets slapped on the chin?

hose two would throw the hell down and make for a terrific fight. i dont know who will move forward and who will move back. i think arreola might back him up. i could see both guys going down. i seriously hope HBO takes note of how much more chatter there has been about the HW division of late. they can get a decent price on this fight i'll bet and it should deliver.

chisora in the states and in shape and ready to go like he was against vitali would be a shot in the arm for the division.

chisora - arreola is a hell of a lot better than most of your al haymon specials, slicksters against old guys, overhyped young guys against bums, etc. a good old fashioned HW grudge match (because you know these two are eventually going to develop bad blood having to look at eachother over the course of the press tour.)

chisora might not be a huge name over here yet but he will be once they show him slapping vitali on HBO in the build up and the brawl with haye. anybody who watched that wants to see him fight again.
