1st...who's that ****** in the army camouflage that went outta style in the 90's? lolz...oh yea aint he part of that "raggeaton" fad? Isn't it played out yet? It's getting pretty annoying over here in los angeles.
2nd...Hatton and Cotto would be a tight even fight and would depend on how dirty the ref let both fighters get...gay weather doesn't want to risk anything against Cotto or Hatton b/c them 2 jiggas are warriors...they can give as much as they can take...gay weather might let them batter each other out...then when Hatton and Cotto are war-torn he'll go after them...gay weather dont know nuthin about wars! Ask Corrales, Castillo, Barrera, Trinidad, Vargas, Mosley, Lacy, Wright, Hopkins, Hatton, LJ! gay weather dont know nuthin bout that!
Warring does not make a great boxer. Why would it? He's a master ring-technician, the best in the business right now, why should he go to war with someone when he can outBOX them all night long? The name of the game is boxing, not war.
That'd be like saying you should always rush head first in battle, rather than devising a strategy and flanking the enemy, because it's more manly to just rush in and lose half your soldiers.

But...
He is WAR tested! Is Floyd WAR tested? Cotto has been in WARS but he has proven to be vulnerable.
Ricky's asset isnt speed, its not 1 punch power, its not technique or defense either. Ricky Hatton is the most relentless fighter in the game today and anybody who fights him weather it be Maussa or Mayweather is gonna find Ricky's face no doubt-but you better be prepared for 12 rounds of wild ass hell because Ricky is!
He doesn't need to be war tested, because he shouldn't go to war with anyone. Again, why go to war when he can outbox them? He'll outbox Hatton, he's too quick for him. Hatton has never seen that kind of speed, and he won't get it in any other opponent than Mayweather.
Wow, now I have to wonder if Hatton's fight vs. Tszyu was a one fight wonder. He was throwing wild punches, one punch at a time, and no combinations. I compare it with Cotto's performance and it wasn't even close, Cotto's combinations where much quicker and he didn't get hit half as much as Hatton.
Cotto would KO Hatton if he fights like that, a poor performance. He better not come close to Mayweather, he'll recieve a beating. he dissapointed me with his performance.
Please shut your mouth. Hatton was in with the dirtiest, most awkward dude around, and knocked his head off. Hatton would KO Cotto as well.
Cotto and Hatton would be good, Cotto got the edge on boxing ability and hand speed, his combinations are much better, but Hatton got a nice chin and better stamina, I think they a pretty even match up. If Cotto stays in the pocket and just counters Hatton he will win but if he trys to go toe to toe with Hatton then he will loose most likely br KO'ed.

I disagree.
I think Cotto's boxing is very overated. He is good at weaving, and slipping shots but once he gets inside He has a very wide left hook which always gets countered by a right cross (Torres) or a right hook (Corley).
You can say all you want about Cotto's boxing ability, but He has shown to not be terribly impressive when circling and on his backfoot.
Hatton's relentless pressure, once he gets inside and his ability to slip punches would be Cotto's demise. I would predict a knockout within 10 rounds.
Againts Corley and Torress he wasnt fighting like should of. He tried to go out and prove something againts Corley since PBF beat him but he wanted to prove that he could KO him quicker leaving himself open for a nice counter right hook, and Torres had power and Cotto went toe to toe with him also..I dont know why..he did that..he is at his best when he lets the fight come to him and he just counters and gives angles..I have to disagree about the left hook, I like his left hook it reminds me of DLH's left hook he launches it either to the body and head with full comand..and doubles up on it nice.

If you're talking WAR tested then yes, Cotto has been war tested.
Hatton and Cotto have both been knocked down by questionable opposition only to come back and win.
The impression some give is that Hatton is some kind of tank that can't be dented, but has he really fought anyone in their prime? KT was a good fighter, some may even say great, but he was 35 years old when Hatton wrestled, low blowed and rabbit punched his way to a win against a guy who's on his way out that went to the UK for a big payday. The body starts breaking down in the early 30's, after that it's all downhill.
The rough stuff was allowed in the KY fight which is to be expected, Hatton was fighting at home and that's the style he chose to fight. But if he takes on Cotto, Castillo or PBF in the States that kind of **** won't fly, so what else has he got? He doesn't move his head much, he'll get hit a lot by a skilled fighter. He's a tough kid but sooner or later that **** catches up to you, see Gatti.

The fact is Mayweather didn't have walk in the park, easy wins against Castillo. Those 2 fights in itself question Floyd's ability to fight on the inside.
Floyd has fought the bottom tier opponents at 140, and after the one-sided beating Gatti took all of a sudden He's getting praise that he isn't due for...at least not yet. Floyd is the flashier fighter, but Hatton has that underrated speed that no one seems to talk about.
Nobody is dis*****g the fact that Floyd is the best P4P fighter today, but every fight has a weakness and Hatton poses problems all over the place. On top of that, Floyd has been fighting the little guys of 140. Hatton is a career 140 pound fighter and rightfully so, should even be fighting at 154, just like Cotto, and Gatti should be.
