When Pac fought the guy that started off the boxer/trainer relationship with Pac and Roach that dude wasn't over the nice hill, Barrerra was not over the nice hill , Morales was not over the nice hill, JMM was not over the nice hill

Hatton was not, ODH WAS, COTTO was not Margo was NOT Clottey was NOT, MOSLEY was.

Just about all fighters that JR fought was either over the nice hill or little blown up guys like Hatton or VERY little blown up guys like JMM.

I can't think of a prime elite WW fighter that JR has ever fought ,,,,,ORTIZ ?

There's a difference between "over the hill"/past prime completely and past prime-still good.

Sasakul, Ledwaba, Barrera I, Solis, and Bradley....Prime.

Morales II, Morales III, Larios, Barrera II, Marquez II, Diaz, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey....past prime-still good.

De La Hoya, Margarito, Mosley, and Marquez III....past their prime completely.

For Floyd.....

Manfredy, Corrales, C. Hernandez, Chavez, Castillo I, Castillo II, Judah, Hatton, Ortiz.....Prime.

G. Hernandez, Gerena, Gatti, Baldomir, Marquez, and Cotto...past prime-still good.

De La Hoya and Mosley.....past their prime completely.

Wrong mang, Morales had his wars but he was not over the hill. Margo ? Maybe but nah , the read on him in the Mosley fight was that he was like 30-40 pounds overweight 6 weeks out , and the tainted glove business screwed that fight, totally in no shape to fight

At this point and time if you compare Floyd's career to the greats you have to rank him in the Top 5 and it's not crazy to say he's #2 if he finishes with a win over Martinez. Floyd has beaten every worthy fighter (that would fight him) that was put in front of him. Leonard, Hagler, Hearns and Duran had each other and other great fighters but based on their era Floyd has fought everyone he could. Manny Pacquiao is clearly the reason they haven't and never will fight. It's very clear to see his cowardice in his unwillingness to fight Cotto at his best. How can you even ask a champion fighting in your same current division to fight at a catch-wt?

Manny doesn't want any part of Cotto also because he would have no excuse for Martinez if he fought Cotto @ 150. You have Floyd, Martinez, Cotto, Berto, Marquez and Ortiz calling him out and he chooses what he views as the smaller, lighter punching challenger (Bradley). Clearly Manny is afraid of Floyd. Nothing but excuses since Marquez 3 (which most feel he loss).

Floyd would be lucky to get in the top 30, with his no risk policies. Pac is the one who can be mentioned along SRR, not FLoyd.
