Yes.
It's noticeable how much flack Larry gets since the ruck with Mayweather. Which again makes me ponder one of those things I have never understood - how someone like Floyd who basically holds the fans in contempt holds so much sway over his own fans.
Anyway, I do like Jim cos he's so cringeworthy and lacking in self-awareness of this fact, that it actually cracks me up.Comment

This is true as well. Except for Gus Johnson, I think he is terrible. But, Tarver, Farhood, Bernstein are damn good commentators and overall IMO are better than HBO. But, when Gus gets called for duty I take HBO all day.Comment

I didn't assume anything. I really wanted to know. You'd be surprised how many people pick hbo over showtime by default because they have hbo & not showtime. I for 1 have them both, but I look forward to all things showtime cause the quality of fights & comentating is soo much better to me.Comment

In terms of asking questions quickly and precisely, Jim Grey is the man but in terms of being a boxing curmudgeon, Larry all day. I still remember when Jim Grey was doing NBA games with NBC.
Whenever I think of Jim Grey I always think of Tyson angrily asking him, "Mmmmaaannnnn, WHUT?!"Comment
