I was expecting denial on Juanma's part after the stoppage, but when he started the whole "ref is betting against me" BS I lost all sympathy.

I am not a fan of either guy but they showed heart and guts. The difference between them is that Salido showed class, gave props to López, and even said he was willing to give him a third match even though it's not necessary. Props to Salido.

I stopped following López some time ago when he started to show immaturity and seemed to be on the verge of becoming another case of a young fighter believing his own hype. On top of that, he appears to have the worst defense I have seen from a PR champion in years and his corrupt referee accusations at the end of the fight plus not admitting the stoppage was legit really make him seem like a terrible loser.

Now I see why Mayweather wants to clean up the sport!

Salido was a beast getting up off of the floor, and coming back like it never happened. Never tiring, and relentlessly putting pressure. In the eighth you could see Juanma was clearly exhausted running on fumes, meanwhile Salido just started on the gas. Remind me of when Salido fought Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero and beat the crap out of him, and afterwards got popped hot for Nandrolene. Anti-doping testing needs to be conducted across the board, once a cheater, always a cheater.

Lopez should have asked for the tests but he didn't. Top Rank don't endorse random blood tests remember?

Knew Salido had a chance as he had defeated Juanma before.

However, I thought Juanma would win. Cong**** to Orlando Salido

Wow! what a great fight!! Ok this fight was bad ass! but at the end, I lost respect for Juanma. I didn't expect to see him take the loss like that. He needs to take that loss like a man! He just made himself look like a poor sport loser! C'mon you really think you were winning that fight? For real? you gonna say that the refs were in on it because of some ******** debts!? LMFAO! altho i think Lopez started to come around the later rounds and exchange more, i feel that Salido dominated all the rounds, even with Lopez's lucky knockdown punch Salido was winning that round, so that was the only round 10-9 i gave to Juanma. When Salido Knocked Lopez down Juanma couldn't even stand straight, he had taken some powerful combinations, he went down hard his legs were gone and he was gonna get KTFO if the ref let it go on. I got respect for Juanmas heart in the ring but dont be a little baby and come up with these lame ass excuses, it only makes you look bad!

Wtf with the interpreter lol, to me it sounded like he was kinda scared to translate what Jim Gray was asking Juanma, and what about the judges scoring too? looks like if Salido didn't KO Lopez, Salido was about to get robbed! What a warrior Salido is tho, he did good Job, looked good in the ring i got a lot of repect for that guy. I wouldn't even give Juanma a 3rd match tho. That businuess is done deal!

I just watched the replay. Wow what a fight! especially them 8, 9 and 10 rounds. I'm still smh at Juanmas comments. Honestly i kind of wish that the ref would've let it go on and let Salido knock him out cold just to remove any doubts!

LOL at the guys claiming Salido used steroids hahha they're as crazy as those judges! No morons, he didnt survive the knock down because he was on steroids, but because he was smart enough to wait a few seconds b4 getting up, and the round was over ... Just lime Juanma you have to give props and admit defeat... Juanma fought like a true warrior, but acted like a immature sore loser

Taking nothing away from Salido in terms of his game plan...because he did the right thing when he got hurt, props to him. But he's been a known cheater and the last time he looked like that was when he cheated. I personally hope he didn't cheat, it diminishes everything...but everything has to be taken with a sense of doubt when a known cheater wins. Just my opinion. Salido, for a guy who was taking some decent bombs from a guy who supposedly hits hard and also threw a lot of punches himself looked unusually strong that late in the fight IMO. I'm not saying he is on PEDs, but his performance was impressive...possibly TOO impressive in some people's eyes
