I've been watching and following boxing for almost 30 yrs and as a puertorican I'm extremely proud of our boxers and what they have brought to this sport. PR vs MEX rivalry has brought great fights, some have been sweet other sour but always good for boxing, until this d!ck of Juanma opened his f/ucking mouth after the fight.

As a Boricua I'm ashamed of the guy that put his heart and soul in the fight and then threw all his effort to the garbage w/ those comments. I'm ashamed of the score cards...no way in hell Juanma was winning the fight, I had Salido comfortably ahead, he outworked p/ussy Juanma during the hole fight. That 8 and 9th rounds are the best rounds I've seen probably since Morales/Barrera1.

If I'm the referee I'll sew this mofo for defamation and whatever else I could legally f/ucked him with. This f/ucker and those judges don't represent me, PR greats nor our flag. I just finished reading some of PR newspapers and comments and I assure you that 99.9% feel the same way.

To Salido mad respect and congratulations, you showed class, sportsmanship and was true to your words when you said that you were going to do your talking inside the ring!!! best of luck!!!

I had the feeling the outcome was gonna be the same & knew it was gonna be a good fight, but it turned out WAY BETTER than what I thought..I have NO idea what fight the judges were watching cause I had Salido comfortably ahead..Juanma is a ***in MORON(a lot of heart & NO brains!) & as soon as it was it was said that the ref was the father of the ref of the last fight, I knew that if the outcome was the same Juanma was gonna talk S H I T like the 1st time, & not only did he got stuck on ****** talking a bunch of nonsense but now Juanma's SORE LOOSING ASS should get ready for defamation charges..Ironically the ref gave Juanma the benefit of a doubt when he gave him an 8 count when it was clear it should have been stopped as soon as he got up cause he was wobbling all over the place & if Juanma thinks he being robbed in his own country then he should try fighting somewhere else..& Juanma is being HIGHLY CRITICIZED here in Puerto Rico cause of his comments after the fight & for being a sore looser & he was never as beloved as they have made it sound on the networks(showtime & HBO) cause of his "Rock Star"attitude & his arrogance!! & now with this act he lost even MORE FANS!! & Salido GAINED a lot more!! Props to Salido on a great fight & great heart!!

Salido was a beast getting up off of the floor, and coming back like it never happened. Never tiring, and relentlessly putting pressure. In the eighth you could see Juanma was clearly exhausted running on fumes, meanwhile Salido just started on the gas. Remind me of when Salido fought Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero and beat the crap out of him, and afterwards got popped hot for Nandrolene. Anti-doping testing needs to be conducted across the board, once a cheater, always a cheater.

If drugs can make guys fight like that, they should be legal!

Salido performed a great fight last night. I am Puertorican but I think that Juanma is not the same fighter. He should change his personal trainer or he is finished. Salido came up resilient and strong and was able to easily recover from the knockdown.

Salido took the fight to Juamma, outlanded him by 2:1 and fought a better fight.

Bottom line is, Salido was the better.

Im with you on this. Im also Puertorican and I could not belive his comments after the fight. It was shamefull and disgratefull. He needs to come and do a public apology to Salido, the ref and the fans. Then, he needs to fire his trainer, overlook his entire aproach to boxing and start over with the basics.
