I don't care what he "technically" has.

Like you said, it was a robbery.

I'm not going to excuse blatant incompetance or corruption when a fighter clearly wins a fight.

"Technically drawing" isn't greater than than beating them, no.

But beating him is, which, is what happened.

I'm not. I'm merely questioning your logic.

    Your logic for his resume being better is;

"He has the record for weight classes"

And? If that's how you're ranking a fighter than that must make him #1.

"He beat more HOF'ers, won FOTY more times, won FOTD, more KO's, more wins" etc etc etc

So that means you rank him above Sugar Ray Leonard too, right?

As he has all of those advantages over Ray Leonard aswell.

    Again, stupid logic.

Well, Oscar has more Titles in more divisons. He also has a lot of those advantages you listed for Pacquaio over Whitaker.

And no it's not clear Pacquaio has a better resume than Whitaker.

no you are pigeonholing my post. read my first post in this thread. take into account their entire resume and pacquiao has the better resume.

      Lets make this real simple:

who has beaten more hall of famers? pacquiao.
who has faced more hall of famers? pacquiao.
who has more lineal titles? pacquiao.
who has more division titles? pacquiao.
who has more ring magazine fighter of the year awards? pacquiao.
who has more ring magazine knock out of the year awards? pacquiao.
      who has more wins? pacquiao.
      who has more fights? pacquiao.
      who has more knockouts? pacquiao.
who has fighter of the decade? pacquiao.

      its quite clear to me.

Pacquaio may have won titles in more divisions, but does that automatically make him greater? Because he holds that record?

So Pacquaio's #1 of all time to you, I assume? As no one else has that record.

And Oscar De La Hoya is #2 also I imagine? As he has the second highest record for multiple Division titles.

        It's a stupid argument.
Its especially stupid when one considers that some of those division titles were vacant, which means that Pacquiao never fought a champion to actually EARN that honor.

To be the man, you MUST beat the man.

In some instances, Pacquiao certainly did not.

what are you talking about? the only vacant world title pac fought for and won was the one against margarito....pac has 4 lineal titles, which means he beat 4 guys who were considered the BEST in their division.

Ok, let's ask the same question in comparison to Pacquaio and Ray Leonard.

            • Pernell in a fight against Pac would had spun him around, pull down his pants and spit at him while pushing him into a ring corner. All in one motion

I think he may have been in the opinion of the BWAA.

So I guess in that category it's a draw.

Does pernell have wins over somebody as great as roberto duran, marvin hagler, wilfred benitez & tommy hearns to off set those other things in pacquiao's resume?

                    nice logic there prick.

we are talking about pernell whitaker & manny pacquiao not ray leonard but i knew you were going to go on some moving the goal post wayward tangent.

its better than your worthless opinion that carries no weight whatsoever.
