If he keeps fighting roughly once a year, that's 7 or 8 years from now. I doubt Floyd is both fighting and still undefeated in his early 40s.

Bout the same chance that you will stop cupping his sack.

He won't fight Martinez, the Punisher, or Trout, or Kirkland so he should get there no prob.

Impossible. Floyd is lucky if he fights once a year. He will get to 45 MAYBE and then hang them up.

I think his best shot at it would be fighting twice a year, something he hasn't done in 5 years. I really only see him fighting 5 more times at the very most, for no other reason than I can't think of 8 guys he would fight.

                43 cotto
                44 canelo
                45 pac
                46 alexander
                47 khan
                48
                49
                50

Maybe Martinez falls in there somewhere? I think he ends his career with the Pac fight. Win, lose, or draw that would be the pinnacle of his career, where do you go after that?

                  This is about right.

Doubt it. Even if Floyd fights 2 times each in 2012 and 2013, and I really only see him being able to fight at a high level for 2 more years, he'd only get to 46 if he won them. To get to 50 wins, he'd have to fight until he's like 38-39, and he'd lose by then.

Floyd does have options down the line though if he were to keep winning. Cotto, Alvarez, Martinez, Pacquiao, Khan, Alexander, Garcia, Kirkland.

Trout is good, I agree. But he needs to fight someone legit before anyone starts talking about him in a mega fight or anything. Even Canelo just beating Rhodes and a past prime Cintron is better than anything Trout has done. I love how Austin Trout straight up declined to fight Erislandy Lara, when BOTH needed a fight.
