Pavlik drained?? what a hoot. Pavlik probably puked all night to make weight. His body was in withdrawl from alcohol. his reflexes are shot. what a poor excuse from a shot(no pun intended) pug. career over tattoo boy.

Pavlik's team messed him up they took off the weight in an unhealthy way
Anyone who has boxed and had to drop weight over 10 lbs in a week knows is takes a lot out of you. With his new team I'm sure they will not let them fight at 160 if it's going to drain him.

It's been a while since I've seen the fight but he was definitely in the fight up until the cut, man. It wasn't one sided as I recall.

I remember at that time I didn't like Martinez and I even bet points on Pavlik winning, and I thought Pavlik was gonna win too. I had it 8-4 Martinez, wide win for Martinez in my view. It's not like I completely like Martinez now, but that win, Dzinziruk and Williams II made me have to respect Martinez. But I remember Martinez kicked Pavlik's ass and people were saying Hopkins ruined him. Anything to not give Martinez full credit for that win, in which he got knocked down in, a grazing KD but a KD nonetheless.
