It's dudes like you who are to blame for stopping a fighter from doing what a fighter does...Fight,taking punishment comes with the Job..What if the ref stopped the 1st Pac JMM fight??JMM was out on his feet,that fight could have stopped easy,with your thinking..But JMM was still fighting and defending himself,same with JML..Bad stoppage,and gtfoh with ya crying about taking to much punishment..That's the name of the game,JML said he wanted to continue and I did not see a towel come from the corner..Bad stoppage no matter how ya slice it...

EXACTLY!! There was no need for JML to take further punishment that fight. Why do boxing fans not see this? Dude was starting to get clobbered with the right hand over and over again. For people that still whine about it being stopped to early here you go

Let it go Rome you're tripping right now. JMM got dropped in the 1st damn round. JMl was getting battered for roughly 4 rounds before the ref stopped it. He was fading quicker than a ghost.

Listen I made this thread to talk about the rematch,and get the fans thoughts about this upcoming fight and what each fighter has to do to win...Everyone else has been on this topic,I'm of the opinion it was a bad stoppage..If your not fine,it was not the worse stoppage I've every seen(That would be Alvarez Gomez)but I do think it was a bad stoppage none the less...

I'm pumped for this fight. I'm not a JML fan because of his actions, or inactions when it came to Caba, but I'm pulling for him. He may be a b!tch outside of the ring, but inside the ring, I have to give it up to him.

As far as the stoppage, I think it was a suspect stoppage. He was still throwing punches, he is the champ and was fighting back. Whether the punches were ineffective or not, its Salido's job to put an end to it. If JML's arms were down and he took 4-5 shots unanswered, then I'd be all for the stoppage. But since he was still fighting, he deserved the opportunity to turn the fight around.
