After this 135 fight I believe Rios will go up. Gamboa is getting paid more than Rios, and rightfully so because he is moving up.

I'm surprised gamboa didn't show and seems to be bailing out but if that's what it is, that's what it is. There are plenty of fights out there for Rios.
