I agree with what you said...but I think roids played a big factor in 80s and 90s...I think more guys juiced then we might think...BTW I do not take much of an issue with roids, I think most top level atheltes have done them to some extent to some time in their career.

Old Tyson lasted 2 rounds longer than a prime Vitali...

Looking at how easy Chisora and Mormeck got inside, I cant see either lasting long with Tyson. Who have either of the brothers fought that could compete with Holmes, Tyson or Lewis? Are we supposed to ignore all their losses and pretend they didnt happen? The only reason Wlad has had an extended run is he is fighting cruiserweights...
I hear you, but its one thing to get inside, and its another to work inside...If they failed at letting a man in they have definitely succeeded at preventing them to throw anything of significance, only thing I noticed are those wide hooks to the body.

Explain how that cut happened then.

But that being said Im still a huge Klitscko fan, but not a delusional one like you.
I would pick Lewis the favorite and I myself rank Lewis top 2 all time simply because I dont see anyone else beating him, too big too good.

But...but...you have to remember that Vitali did not prep for Lewis, both Lewis and Vitali where preparing for a different fight...This is in my opinion why the fight was such a slug fest. There seemed to be no game plan nothing for both guys.

And the fact that Lewis didnt get KOd just shows how good the man actually was.

According to Tyson, he would use a fighting style similar to Joe Frazier or Henry Armstrong to work his way inside, and then he would have to be smart and patient to inflict the damage.

Btw... why is no one stating how confident Mike's strategy of beating them.. that he's touting other fighter's strengths to use as his own. Where's the confidence in your own abilities.. Mike? Even he is gasping at straws... now let's ask Ali if he's going to utilyze Foreman's strength & Lewis' reach as his own strategy for defeating one of the brother's.. surely we can come up with a combination of alltime greats strengths in one fighter if we keep on delving long enough.

Me thinks Lewis SIZE with Holyfield heart plus Bowe's infighting will do wonders on Wlad.. but i'm still TRYING to come up with a combination that can beat Vitali... how about we use the combination that has worked so far.. Lewis' cutting abilities & Byrd's elusive featherfisted ways causing insult to injury... yeah that's the ticket &

              THREAD ENDER FOR SURE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW.. ONLY CORRIE SANDERS KNOWS HOW TO BEAT A KLITSCHKO WITHOUT GETTING BEATDOWN IN THE PROCESS.... KLITSCHKO FACT OUT OF 106 OPPONENTS WHO'VE TRIED... HE'S THE ONLY ONE TO HAVE EVER OUTBOXED OR OUTSLUGGED A KLITSCHKO FOR A DURATION OF AN ENTIRE BOUT & THAT WAS MERELY FOR 1.5 RDS.... just so everyone knows what we're dealing with here when all the BS gets stripped down to the bare essentials.

As long as you are a good boxer, you will beat Vitali. His record shows he is 0-2 versus anyone halfway decent.

                  • Klitschko fact #2... only Lennox Lewis has a winning percentage of greater than .500 vs a Klitschko... incidentially he's the only one who has a winning record vs them because he's the ONLY one of the five fighters who defeated them that immediately retired afterwards

The brothers can't say they've beaten EVERY single fighter they've faced becuase of that but they can emphatically state (fact #3) that they have outslugged & outboxed EVERY FIGHTER THEY'VE EVER FACED.. we're talking about a 100 different fighters here just so you know.
