You have got to be kidding with this ridiculous analysis. You need to go back and watch all the broadcasts of Mayweather's fights that Merchant has worked. He roots against Floyd regularly and doesn't give Mayweather credit in any of them while the fight is actually taking place. Prime example: when Mayweather fought Zab Judah, Merchant criticized Floyd after the fight for not not fighting Baldomir, who had just beaten Judah. He criticized him even though Merchant knew that Baldomir had turned down an opportunity to fight Floyd after beating Judah in favor of a big money fight againt Arturo Gatti. When Floyd finally fought Baldomir, Merchant predicted before the fight that Baldomir would be too strong for Mayweather. Floyd mayweather is a scared chicken but he is right when he says Merchant is total bull**** and bad for the sport. Larry Merchant is ****** as hell in the comments he make.
He is utterly 100% biased, Lennox Lewis is my favorite boxer but I admit some of his HBO fights were complete cautious snooze fests, (still 1000x more exciting then wladimir though) but larry don't say a word. IN FACT in the tua fight Larry even go on to ride lennox's *** and lavish praise on his technical abilities. BUT when floyd mayweather or Chris Byrd or Hopkins fight the same technical fights, the bashing becomes nonstop.
Obviously lennox is 6'5 245-250 pounds of god blessed iron muscles and the baddest man in the history of boxing, so Larry have every right to be scared ****less of Lennox, that don't change the fact larry is still biased as hell.Comment

They are civilised people these days and in any case a 6'5" 250 lb boxer won't touch an 8-0 year old man half hs size, or indeed any size.
